WEEK OF SNEEZES
Dinner with Earnest...on a beanbag
This was a long week, not gonna lie. I don't know why it was so long. But it just was. Also there's a million trees here and my allergies are causing me to slowly die.
First of all: Sister Graf is awesome! I feel like I have barely even been training, like she definitely already knows what she's doing!
Never had much practice cleaning a garage back home
Beautiful trees, everything is blooming and its murder by allergies!
Anyway here are some highlights of the week:
-district Pday in Brunswick! We played pickleball and destroyed some of the Elders (sis Graf gets most of the credit since she's a tennis pro)
District P-day
Missionary movie and milkshake night!
-We had a ward BBQ at the bishops pond. Yes, it's very common to own a pond out here. But it was super fun, there was hot dogs, a bonfire, and like 150 people showed up! We're super glad that covid restrictions are lifting and things are getting back to normal here.
-We had a fun milkshake/movie night where we got DQ blizzards and watched the Restoration movie. It was low key such a fun Saturday night!
-Love! We met Love this week over Facebook. She reached out through an ad about general conference and we were able to call her. We ended up teaching her a simple version of the Restoration over the phone so that was kind of cool. Super excited about Love 😅 also she just has a cool name.
Besides that we taught our regular people, had some awesome dinners with members, (they never fail to feed us good food) and had volleyball night. Sister Graf has been settling in to Waycross pretty good this week.
I honestly don't even know how to make this week sound any more exciting, sorry if this email was kind of boring.😅 Not every week in the mission is full of miracles and crazy experiences. Sometimes you get a very long and average week...and that's what this week was! I still love it out here so much though, I definitely missed all our people here in Waycross!
Welp, hope y'all have an amazzzzing week and pray for my allergies to go away! Thanks bye!
